It is locked off from upstairs & has it's own entrance. So 2 seperate units, 2 seperate entrances, but all under 1 roof. We will use the left side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via garage. House is within walking distance of Liberty square, Hammerhand Coffee, Price Chopper, Family Tree Nursery, Quiktrip, etc. 20 min to downtown Kansas City. 19 min to stadiums. 23 min to airport. Family-friendly space. There’s a baby crib in a closet, just let me know if you need it set up ahead of time. The house is 100 years old, so it has lots of creaks and character, but I keep it maintained and clean for my wonderful guests!

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.
