Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views. (Water pressure issues noted by prior guests have been resolved.)

El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

This charming getaway features a comfy double bed, pull-out table, some kitchen supplies plus an array of teas and coffee, an outdoor fire pit, easy parking, and a dedicated full guest bath in the main house nearby. Chasing Moon Tipi comes with a FITTED SHEET ONLY on a queen bed, and a futon (no sheet). Linens are available for rent onsite. The campground has complimentary hot showers, a fully equipped campground kitchen, large furnished Pavilion, drinking water, ice & more. We are 5 miles from downtown Cortez, on 20 acres of sacred land. It also has outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and access to all the campground's amenities. Price includes 2 guests, it is $10 each after, up to 5 total.
