Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Relax in a beautiful 1 bedroom converted stable cottage. Private parking. Superb routes for car enthusiasts, cyclists, walkers & equestrian fans. Secure specialist parking/storage for a classic car or bicycles. Wonderful pubs, restaurants, country houses (routes & local knowledge on hand). Grimsthorpe Castle, Belton House, Langar Hall, Belvoir Castle, Long Clawson Dairy, Colston Bassett Dairy, The Martins Arms and Langar Skydive are all local. Fresh orchard apples when in season. All in grounds.

Cosy, accessible, home-from-home

Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Little Acres Apartment (near Belvoir Castle)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1, 5 minutes from Belvoir Castle and a stones throw from the A52. The Apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments. Accommodating 2 Adults & possible 2 children. This unit door to bedroom, king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, free view TV, Spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower, wash-basin and WC. Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. A spacious double bedroom with an upstairs which with a small pull out bed can sleep 1. The sitting room also having a double sofa bed, means that this property can sleep up to 5 (max).
