Recently remodeled with a separate entertainment room ( w/ L shape pull out sofa and TV) for the kids or a work out room for adults. Guests call it our " family cave " as its a kids playroom with the many toys available or used to simply separate your self or the family from the living / bedroom ( one room ) in the main part of the house that has the Murphy bed and pull out sofa as in the photos.

Our quaint & comfortable one-bedroom cottage nestled in the middle of the neighborhood for a cozy feel yet we are close to EVERYTHING! It comfortably fits 2-3 people and is centrally located on a quiet street in North Park. It is just two blocks from a number of restaurants, markets, brewpubs, and coffee shops. Peaceful. It is a back house and is tucked off the street behind our main residence.
