This is a newly listed, newly renovated and ideally located fully self contained unit. You will be close to everything when you stay at Boardwalk by the Bay. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.
