All Welcome - Ground floor family Studio

This is a bran new property in Pollonia, specially designed for couples, friends and families. The building is located just 50m from the beach (no sea view though), 350m from the shops and restaurants of the village and 200m from the villages playground. Each studio has its one private veranda with outdoor dining area and sofa. We also welcome pets! The listing is from our smallest studio but (based on availability) you might be appointed to any of the other two (which are a bit bigger).

We named our beach house after Amfitriti, who according to Greek mythology was the Goddess of sea, spouse of god Posidon and mother of all sea creatures. On the beach of Pachaina, between the sandy bay and the white rocky formations, Amfitriti house offers you comfort and calmness for your summer holidays. Enjoy moments of relaxation, in the interior of the house, as well as the unique paved courtyard, that give you the sense of being aboard a ship.

Peter's Sea and Sand Residence

The traditional Cycladic Luxury Cave Residence is located on the beach of Mytaka. It is alone, right on the water edge with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. From our terrace you will enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean Sea and you will have direct access to the water. Just go out the front door directly to the sea for sunbathing or swimming. Sleep and listen to the sound of the waves and wake up and swim right outside your door.

Sunset Studio

Sunset Studio is located at Plaka, probably the most picturesque place on Milos, which used to be the old capital of the island. It has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Right outside, in front of your door, you can enjoy a magnificent sunset and in just two minutes you can find yourself in the middle of Plaka with its traditional alleys, the beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops.

A peaceful place with two comfortable semi separated bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a roomy bathroom. Outside, you'll find a generous pergola complete with a table and chairs overlooking the beach, along with a designated sunbathing area. Perched on a hill, it's only a 5-minute stroll to the nearest town and the main bus station, and it also provides private parking conveniently located next to the property.

Cozy Suite in Adamas

Cozy Suite is located in Adamas, the port of Milos and the biggest village of the island. It is a short walk distance (less than 5 minutes) from the downtown, which provides everything the visitors need, like super markets, banks, cafes, restaurants, public transportation. It is only 4.5km from the airport and 3km from Plaka, the capital of Milos.

Blue Suite

The Blue Suite is a spacious suite with one double bed, one sofa and an attic with 2 single beds, a small kitchen and one bathroom. It belongs to the Captain Zeppos Boutique Suites and Villa complex on the waterfront of the traditional village Pollonia. The Blue Suite has amazing sea view and a large and comfortable balcony.
