Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Built in 1775, it is one of the oldest buildings in Tartu, located around the corner from main building of Tartu University. All of the sights are within a few minute walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded with cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants. Both of the windows are facing the courtyard so it is always quiet.

Enjoy air conditioning, a full kitchen, Smart TV with Chromecast, PS4, fast Wi-Fi, views of St. John’s Church and free access to the building gym. The upstairs sleeping area is curtain-separated and has no door.

Suvel saab end jahutada sisehoovis olevas tiigis. Lapsed saavad aias kiikuda, liivakastis mängida ja liugu lasta. Meil on aias ka lahtiselt olev koer Bosse, kes on üldiselt leplik ja sõbralik.
