Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Bordering the forest, our home has STUNNING views and is uniquely tucked away behind massive boulders- the perfect Tahoe home base all year round! Hang with friends & family on the back deck overlooking the forest + Mt Tallac, build a giant snowman in the yard, and hike down to the sweet sawmill pond. Set up for families! We have baby gates, pack n plays, a highchair + plenty of kids toys and books ready for you. Dogs on approval!

Unwind in a sparkling clean hot tub under the stars and relax on your own private patio. Hot tub is open year around but Patio and BBQ are not available in winter Dec-Mar due to snow. (Hot tub quiet hrs 10-8 No music in hot tub) This is a cozy, spotless, downstairs retreat (BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME) with private entrance. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

Nestled amongst the pines in a peaceful, quiet area, our cabin truly has it all! Dog-friendly, private hot tub, high speed WIFI, cable TV, gas grill, fully stocked kitchen, fenced backyard, wood stove, family friendly, pack n play/high chair, hotel quality bedding/linens, you name it we have it!

Sierra Studio ( permit# HRP-094 )

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

We take pride in our newly remodeled condo! Perfect for up to six people w/a king size bed in the master and two full size bunk beds in 2nd room. We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.
