East: Mont Boron and the sun coming up over the hills. West: the afternoon sun and a direct view of the Colline du Château. Open the louvered shutters with your first coffee, or take it out to the balcony. THE BALCONY. Round table and chairs, sun from midday on. Breakfast, lunch, a glass at the end of the day. On a clear day in November or February you will still be out there at lunchtime. LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN. Opens onto the balcony.
