Plenty of parking for a trailer for Bike Week! We are OPEN to accepting pets but please message before booking to discuss. The front yard has been completely re-landscaped with loads of upgrades! Fully stocked 1950's Bungalow, 75" TV with lots of streaming options, & most importantly 1 block from the beach in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 3 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this.

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. The upstairs balcony overlooks freshly planted gardens in a unique neighborhood with a gentle urban vibe. Catch a great breeze coming in off the ocean and a sunrise from the bathroom window. Enjoy!!

Our "Beach House"

The garage is not part of the rental as we have personal items stored in there. Our "Beach House" is 10 minutes from Daytona Beach - close to the beach, Daytona Speedway, shopping, restaurants, downtown entertainment, etc. We are 1 hour from Orlando attractions. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. Sorry - NO bikes. Some renters might find this too restrictive, if this is you, we ask that you do not rent with us. Our property is not pet friendly.
