With games inside and out, a hammock, and direct water access, it's the perfect escape—just off the main river, between the State Park and Roger’s Park.

1. Cotee River Tiki Hut

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.
