We fell in love with this newer (2016) custom-built estate when trying to decide if we wanted to be in the mts. or by the ocean. This combines both the gorgeous views experienced when in a chalet amidst pine trees & water views with Cape San Blas in the distance.

Our two spacious homes are pet-friendly with fenced-in yards and a joining elevated walkway. Sandy Paws has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests with bathrooms on all 3 levels while Sunny Paws has 2 bedrooms for 4 guests with 2 bathrooms. Each house has a large deck with a screened-in porch, perfect for viewing beautiful sunrises and evening sunsets over the gulf. Sink your toes into the white sands of the emerald Forgotten Coast of Cape San Blas, only a 7-minute walk and a 4-minute walk to the bay!

This house has 5 bedrooms that sleep 12 guests with bathrooms on all 3 levels and a large deck, perfect for early morning coffee soaking in beautiful sunrises or evening cocktails enjoying amazing sunsets over the gulf. Occasionally the entire Cape does experience network outages. - Washer and dryer - 2 pools, Pickle ball courts.

The perfect retreat. This 2 separate bedroom RV has all of the simple luxuries needed. Located close to everything. 1000 feet from the intercoastal boat ramp do not even need to get on the highway. Small semi private lake with access but mainly for the view of the water. 6 miles to Mexico Beach or St Joe Beach. 20 minutes to the Dead Lakes. 30 miles to Panama City.
