Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. You will have the bed sit which is part of our family home on the ground floor, but completely independent of the house (and us), as you have your own front door, so you can come and go as you please. Our home is in a beautiful rural location. The grounds are surrounded by mature trees with views over open fields and out towards Anglesey. We are situated 4 miles from Llanberis, on the edge of the peaceful Snowdon National Park, but we are also centrally located to explore the wider area.

The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.
