17 Cannery Row ialah rumah quayside 3 katil/3 bilik mandi yang menakjubkan di 3 tingkat. Pemandangan di atas perairan muara yang tenang adalah ciri-ciri yang menonjol. Pantai berpasir keemasan 3 batu yang indah, Hayle Towans (dipilih sebagai Pantai Terbaik UK oleh The Times Jul 24) hanya 200m jauhnya. Rumah ini dihias dengan menarik.
