This property is in a unique position; 200 yards away from Brecon town centre which has a very good selection of shops , cafes, restaurants and a twice weekly indoor market and yet the rear of the house and garden is a few yards away from the River Usk; all rooms with stunning views of the river and mountains. A perfect location for Fly fishing breaks. A three day permit is available for 2 km of the Usk for £25 or if you prefer lake fishing, nearby reservoirs charges start from £14 per day!

This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

Please note that both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs– so everyone in your group needs to be able to negotiate the short, straight staircase in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Close to Shrewsbury, Ludlow and numerous National Trust properties. Colomendy retains virtually all of its original features which includes exposed oak floorboards throughout the property which are uneven in places.

This bright, simple, peaceful home is centrally-located in the heart of Llandovery and is the perfect base for exploring the area. The home has recently been refurbished and is both modern and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and the garden provides a lovely place to relax with your beverage of choice. We love this space and are happy to share it when we are away.

Modern house located 1 mile from town centre in a quiet rural hamlet. Next to canal path & River Severn. Parking available. Wifi, TV and use of kitchen if required. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
