Dobrá dopravní obslužnost autem, i veřejnou dopravou (do centra je to 15 minut vlakem, který je vzdálen 10 minut chůze). Jedná se o můj primární domov, který je v maximální míře přizpůsoben hostům. V čase pobytu hostů nejsem v domě přítomen, dům je celý pro vás. K dispozici jsou 2 ložnice, 2 koupelny, obývací pokoj s kuchyní. Vně domu je zahrada s malým přírodním koupacím jezírkem, terasa, a dvě parkovací místa.
