Io e Peach, la mia piccola maltese, vi ospitiamo in una dependance privata con accesso da un giardino tranquillo e riparato dal rumore della strada. Molti ospiti lo vivono come un piccolo angolo segreto di relax nel cuore del quartiere Flaminio. Lo spazio è compatto, indipendente e pensato per due persone, lontano dal caos del centro storico ma ben collegato. Il design moderno e l'atmosfera raccolto lo rendono più simile a un piccolo studio contemporaneo che a un appartamento tradizionale.

1 minute from Piazza Navona on the 3d floor of a historic Palazzo (16th century) waits for you a bright, quiet room with king-size double bed and private bathroom. Guests have complete privacy. No elevator, no television, no kitchen. Note on reason of Corona /Covid-19: our Bed&Breakfast has the same characteristics of a hotel accommodation. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
