La Vieille Ferme is our 15th Century home in the quiet hamlet of Bors, Pressignac in the Charente. The beautiful Haute Charente leisure lakes at Videix are just 3 miles away. The house is set in private grounds of over an acre with a large, heated and alarmed swimming pool . Open & covered terraces are the perfect place for al fresco dining. The house was renovated in 2016 and is beautifully decorated throughout and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Limoges Airport is a 35 minute drive.

Renovated by the owner a renowned hotel and interior designer from Singapore, this beautiful house sits in its own grounds in a peaceful county side setting, whilst being close to local towns and amenities. It has its own private swimming pool in an idyllic setting overlooking lovely countryside. It also has a bathroom with a sauna spa to enjoy after a busy day enjoying the pool. All of the bedding is Egyptian cotton and we provide high quality towels.

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

We invite you to our refurbished spacious 2 bedroom (sleeps 4/6 + cot) barn conversion with private fenced garden set in a peaceful hamlet in the French countryside.‭ A warm welcome awaits nature lovers and families or couples looking for a peaceful French getaway. We are very fortunate to be within a few minutes of Les Lacs des Haute Charente. Lac de Lavaud has two beaches, is a swimming lake, it has a children's play area, nautical centre (hiring paddle boards, etc), bars and restaurants.

Wooden clad Mobile Home on a lakeside retreat, fishing is allowed and we can provide rods and bait if you want to have a go. It is clean and comfortable with it's own exclusive jacuzzi and decking with views of the lake. In the countryside on the border of the Haute Vienne and Charente regions, off the beaten track yet near to amenities such as local bar, a short drive to the Charente Leisure lakes with beaches and restaurants. Rochechouart has a choice of supermarkets and a Chateau.
