The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village.

Two unique individual high spec boats Sea Breeze and Samphire are suited to sleep two people in each, the boats are moored to their pontoons with panoramic views located in the picturesque and sheltered waters of Prinstead Bay in Chichester Harbour, Emsworth. The Arks are a delightful and totally unique floating romantic getaway and whilst on board you will notice that the tide comes and goes twice a day. With a walk in shower room, kitchenette, double bed and spectacular private decking.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
