Step into the hot, bubbling jets of the jacuzzi, or warm caress of the rain shower, and restore your spirits by soothing your muscles, melting away any residual tensions of the day. Get a restful sleep in one of our soft beds. In the morning, pad around on in-floor radiant heated floors (so cozy during winter-time.) Or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four outside decks. And don’t forget to solve the mystery of the Treehouse, that awaits your discovery within its wood beamed walls. The Herb Cottage is located on a spacious area with trees, gardens, a pond, and hiking trail. Enter the Cottage to the living room with a dining table, comfy sofa/sleeper, and TV. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. A convection double oven, cooktop, and dishwasher will cook a delicious meal. The breakfast room has a dining table and microwave. Setup your laptop in the office and relax in a comfortable work area. The "Vintage room" has a TV, washer/dryer, rockers, sofa/sleeper and the “loom”.

There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Minutes from the city conveniences; this quiet, private setting offers tree tops views with a rural feel. The Mississippi River and numerous hiking & biking trails are at your doorstep. This newly constructed apartment is within 15 minutes of CHS, Koch Refinery, Viking Lakes, and 20 minutes from MSP Airport & MOA. The apartment, which is above the garage of the main home, features private parking, entrance and deck. Climb the steps to the tree top views and enjoy all the amenities offered.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
