This unit is located on the sixth floor of the popular Sonoran Sun Resort. The property offers a swim up bar in the adults pool, heated during the winter, a children pool and two jacuzzis. Electrical charging stations for vehicles available and playground. Must be 25 yrs old to reserve, see rules.

Apartment is 920 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a 500 square foot ocean view patio. It is located in the Mirador area. This is a mostly residential area and mostly quiet. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.

Yes, this is an ocean front with pool, secured gated parking & jacuzzi (only weekends). This apartment is located by Playa Mirador, walking distance from Manny's beach club and next to the beach access. You can also walk to Mood and La Oficina Bars where they offer live music almost every weekend. We offer 4 beds, one Queen size in the main bedroom and a bunk bed and a full size bed in the second bedroom enough for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the views are amazing.

Este es un estudio pequeño dentro de una propiedad con una casa en el mismo terreno (mi abuela vive en esta casa), se c omparte el estacionamiento pero es grande, es cómodo, pequeño pero muy seguro, limpio y en una muy buena ubicación tiene un baño equipado, una cama, cocina pequeña donde pueden cocinar también muy equipada con todo lo necesario para su comodidad, la ubicación es muy buena cerca de playa mirador, de malecón, bancos, cruz roja, restaurantes entre otras cosas.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the views are amazing.

The condo has an updated kitchen w/ appliances, gadgets, dishware & utensils. 1 king bed in large master. Brand new beautiful walk in shower with built in bench in bathroom. Access to the pool and hot tub, with swim up bar. Walkable to restaurants, and short drive to town. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. In room washer and dryer. This unit is on an upper floor. There is elevator access and no steps to the unit.
