The open plan lounge has an additional queen fold out sofa bed.

We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

Reconnect with nature at this brand new property. Whilst only 10 minutes from the city you are able to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Relax in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing whilst listening to the birds sing. We have 2 kune kune pigs (Cookie & Freckles) and a dwarf cow called Penny who are all extremely friendly and love a good cuddle and scratch. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans.
