Just 200 metres from Bullock Creek Road and one kilometre from Truman Track, you are within walking distance of some of the West Coast's best nature walks. We ask that you please not smoke anywhere on the premises as it destroys the clean, natural beauty of the Paparoa National Park.

A beachfront studio unit sleeping 5 on the same large rural beachfront property as Penguins Retreat and Whitebait Cottage. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.

This cottage has been carefully designed and crafted over several years completed in 2012. It has 2 large private decks which look into the surrounding native bush of Paparoa National Park. Queen bedroom with French doors opening to a large deck facing north, the queen bed has a quality mattress fresh laundered linen and towels provided. 5 minutes walk to Truman Track and stunning Truman beach.
