La casa cuenta con tres habitaciones, baños individuales con agua caliente, alberca, increíbles terrazas, hamacas, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, wifi,T.V. y estacionamiento chico. Usualmente se escuchan el mar y los pájaros pero actualmente San Agus está creciendo y a veces puede haber ruido de alguna construcción cercana.
