Huset blev i efterisoleret i 2012 / 2013, hvor det også fik et nyt køkken, ligesom pose toilet / badeværelset blev udvidet. Huset er fuld møbleret. enne unikke og rolige bolig. Qeqertarsuaq og Diskoøen er kendt for deres unikke geologiske formationer. Mulighed for at blive hentet på havnen og det er gratis! :) (ps. der er ingen Taxa eller Bus i Byen )
