We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake from the covered porch, stone patio, or the dock. This two bedroom cottage is great for a small family getaway any time of the year! Come enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming all from your own private dock. Please note that during the winter months weather conditions can rapidly change. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter stays. Also, occasional power outages do occur year round due to weather. During prolonged outages, generator power can be provided.

Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

Ski Resorts Close - 45 minutes from Elk Mountain, 1 hr from Greek Peak Mountains Resort. Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. Horse back riding and accommodation for your horse available. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys, goats, chickens and friendly roosters.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road.
