Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

This waterfront cottage has beautiful views of the Wisconsin River. My husband and I have lived here for more than 20 years. We love this area - there is nothing like a cool, crisp Midwest morning overlooking the Wisconsin River. This full log home is surrounded by woods and located on a dead-end road with just a few other homes down the road. Please be aware that there is no public river access on Bayview Ln. All surrounding land is privately owned and not open for use. The whole home is beautiful and cozy and features a loft with a custom daybed and a walk out lower level.
