The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. Perfect for families or 2 couples, this 75m2 property is located 1,5 km from Livadi and offers a spectacular view of the sea and the neighboring islands and is part of a complex of 5 houses. The road leading up to it is not paved with asphalt but with cement in the last part and is quite steep. However, all cars and scooters can access it.
