Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. 30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

The apartment has an unobstructed view of the harbor bay and old Fortress. Within a radius of 20-500 meters the best places in the city, the Fortress, restaurants, beaches, boats, saunas, tennis, padel and sports fields, gyms, shops, hospital, library - everything you need on holiday and in everyday life. The apartment is elegant, barrier-free and modernly equipped.

Kalliomaja on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.
