"Truly magical" were the words of the first guest when she discovered this wondrous retreat, full of surprises for kids and grown-ups, just downhill from the Appalachian Trail. With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.

Our Cozy, charming cottage is situated on a hilltop, with an amazing view of Amish farmland. The location is private, but still only a few minutes drive to town(Myerstown, Lebanon County PA) where you will find restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. This is the perfect honeymoon suite or place to come to reconnect with your spouse. The backyard oasis includes a new hot tub(4/24),a fire pit, and a grill. This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
