They are not new construction but they are very well maintained. If you are able to appreciate the huge yard, great location, great pool, and the fact that we accept small house pets, then you will love the Villas. River Front, private cottage with gorgeous scenery and views of the river and wildlife. Excellent for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and feeding the local tame deer. The cottage is a bunk house with privacy nooks and a great space for family fun. This setting is amazing for reconnecting with family. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.
