It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The interior has changed very little. The bed is a traditional double. The couch extends to a twin bed if the full bed is too cozy for two. The kitchen and bath areas are small. The kitchen sink doubles as bathroom sink. The screened porch with fireplace is enjoyable weather permitting.
