Είναι πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ ( 500μέτρα, 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια), στάση λεωφορείου (350 μέτρα, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

On the loft, there are two bedrooms. The best part of the property is a private terrace and a private balcony that you can look over the rooftops of Rethymno and watching the stars. Stay up there till late afternoon and then enjoy the sunstet. It's equipped with TV and free wifi.

For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.
