The house is a historic building wich has been renovated to preserve the charm and feel of days gone bye, combined with the comfort of modern times. There are six comfortable single rooms on the 2nd floor of the building on offer, they are about 12 sqm in size each. All the rooms contain a single bed, cupboard, desk and cable-TV. Outside the rooms four small kitchenettes equipped with a water boiler, dishes, microwave and a small grill are available to all the guests. Guests who want to cook for themselves are welcome to use the small kitchen in the cellar of the building. All the rooms are cleaned up on a daily basis.

Chalet Rubrum is spread over 2 floors and offers space for up to 6 people on 109m². A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. The three bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a divisible box spring double bed and each has its own bathroom. After an eventful day, the sauna, which is shared with the Viridi Chalet, is designed to provide relaxation.
