The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Nous avons mis tout notre cœur dans sa conception et nous espérons que vous vous y sentirez bien. Il est situé à 1300 mètres d’altitude, en amont du col de la Forclaz, au cœur du petit et calme village deTrient sans restaurant ni commerce alimentaire. Dans notre jardin et en face de notre maison. PAS DE TMB.

L'Orée des Bauges, petit chalet face aux montagnes

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. Animaux non admis. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison.

Authentique raccard en madriers d’époque posé sur des pierres à "souris" avec une vue imprenable sur la Dent Blanche, les Dents de Veisivi et le glacier de Ferpècle. Baigné de soleil, ce lieu d'exception a été rénové avec amour en alliant tradition et modernité. Il se situe au lieu-dit Anniviers (Saint-Martin) dans le Val d'Hérens à 1333 mètres d'altitude.
