The Welsh highland railway runs behind which is amazing to watch and to go on . The house has been renovated to a very high standard with all the modern equipment you need. With a fantastic log burner with logs provided and a luxury welcome basket .

The Hide - Glamping Hut - Snowdonia

A cosy and relaxing space with touches of rustic charm. Located in the heart of Snowdonia, surrounded by the mountains. An open plan living space with all the essentials. Cooking area ,with mini fridge & camping stove. Parking Private parking available, the track up to the cabin is steep. There is a parking space available at the bottom of the track (50 meters away from the cabin) or you are welcome to drive up, as there is space to park and turn around at the top of the track.

Planwydd Farmhouse 1 is situated within 25 acres leading down to Cwellyn Lake with spectacular uninterrupted views towards Snowdon with Snowdon Ranger and Rhyd Ddu Paths to Snowdon within walking distance There are many local walks which include Lon Gwyrfai, Nantlle Ridge, and Mynydd Mawr and various forestry walks on our doorstep. We are an ideal base for exploring the whole of Snowdonia and North Wales or you can take time to relax and catch up with family or friends

With stunning views of Snowdon the cottage has the Rhyd Ddu path, the Welsh Highland steam railway, Y Garn & Nantlle ridge on its doorstep. The cottage was refurbished in 2017 to a high standard. There are 2 wood burners, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Excellent WIFI, Sky Q, walking guide books. Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.

'The Hayloft' - a peaceful rural retreat for two

Our cottage is the perfect base for those looking to tackle Snowdon, walk in the Glyders or climb in the Llanberis Pass or Llanberis’ slate quarries. Ideally situated between Llanberis and the Pen y Pass car park, and only 200m from the park and ride for easy access to two of Snowdon’s most popular paths, or to Llanberis (£2 one way or £3 return - you can also pay by card now).
