This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill.

Charles & Francis Bowman Estate

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Charles and Francis Bowman Estate, located in rural Mansfield. This large historical Italianate farmhouse built in 1825, has room for large groups, boasting 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house sleeps up to 10 with 2 King bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one double full bedroom, with a futon that can sleep an extra guest. One King bedroom is located on the first floor for occupants who need those accommodations.

Babble Brook Lodge and Private Pond

The Babble Brook Lodge is a large log home on 11 acres with a stocked pond only minutes from Mohican State Park. The lodge features a large covered porch overlooking the pond, a huge great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft sitting area, laundry room, satellite TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
