The house has 2 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The neighbourhood is very safe. Great location, a very short drive to ULM and to the airport. Eeasy access to major roads, supermarket, banks and shopping centers. The house is fully furnished.

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Large dining room, access to washer and dryer, large fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room completes this cozy space.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
