This oasis is a quick drive to a grocery store, pharmacy or other essentials plus recreational facilities and gorgeous walking trails. If you don’t feel like cooking or barbecuing just head uptown to a restaurant or order in. We’re perfectly located for a day trip around the island/ eastern mainland.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay at Serenity Shores directly on the Bras d'Or Lake with spectacular sunsets. We are not in St. Peter’s but rather in St. George’s Channel. Use this cottage as a home base to tour the beautiful island of Cape Breton or spend a night before getting on the ferry to Nfld. We are located 1 1/2 hours from an access point to the world famous Cabot Trail and about the same to the ferry. The area offers great golfing, hiking, fishing and sightseeing.
