In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.
