Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

Old Orchard Property- 7 min to Glenwood Springs

Enjoy a beautiful property filled with old orchard fruit trees located just minutes from Glenwood Springs or New Castle. Guests will enjoy a walk out basement living space with separate entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. Please be aware when booking this unit is attached to the main house with a separate private entrance. Walk out to a large fenced in backyard where morning coffee can be enjoyed under the apricot tree. The property is home to a family including fur babies and chickens.

Come unwind in this secluded oasis! In the downstairs unit of my condo it has a fully furnished kitchenette, washer/dryer, walk out porch, inflatable hot tub and creekside seating. So whether you plan on nestling for a weekend getaway or need a cozy hub to come back to after a day of Colorado adventure, You will feel right at home. Located near Rifle Mountain Park, Rifle Falls, Rifle arch, Glenwood hot springs pool, Sunlight mountain resort, Whitewater rafting, Glenwood caverns and more!

Our Cabin is at a perfect location if you want to be close to everything but just far enough away to let time slow down, watch the abundance of wildlife and enjoy amazing sunsets. Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

Enjoy Grand Junction in our newly renovated modern apartment. Centrally located with only a short walk to Main Street's many great restaurants! Our Dream Ranch Guest Home

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available.
