L’alloggio si trova a soli 100 metri dal mare al primo piano di un piccolo edificio oggetto di completa e recente ristrutturazione. Costituito da ampia zona giorno con divano e SmartTV; cucina dotata di ogni confort (lavastoviglie forno forno microonde tostapane ecc). Due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti da noi. Wi-Fi. Aria condizionata. Completano la proprietà un ampio terrazzo abitabile attiguo alla zona giorno allestito con tavolo e sedie e posto auto privato

In the small village of Mulina, in the Municipality of Stazzema, a typical rustic two-room apartment perfect for couples, located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, in Alta Versilia about 15 minutes from the sea. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie!
