Once again Welcome to Luxury Tower No1 the best Luxury apartmant in Split ! - WiFi pass is BCBEBBDFBD (for F92A84) - For hot water right switch (on bathroom) must be always ON - Jacuzzi has automatic On/Off button ( when you raise/lower the temperature). If you wanna turn OFF the jets press Jets and lower the temperature at least for 3 degrees ,then will automaticly off. - Manual instruction for washing machine (in lobby),jacuzzi and ice machine on terrace are below TV in master badroom. - Coffe machine and capsules are free! - all what you see (drink,coffe,water,wine,fruit,cookies..) is complementary (free) - for every TV (three TV in apartmant ) you have two remote controler for switch off/on or changing the chanels - when you leave Luxury Towers No1 you must lock the door with the key (not just turn off the door) - you have ICE machine in apartmants lobby free for use - please do not put in jacuzzi any liquid, things or similar. Specially if you will bath on sandy beach please change the swimsuit before using the jacuzzi then. Otherwise the jacuzzi system will be blocked and broke. Also please be carefull with filters in jacuzzi dont stand on him cause will be broke. Thanks - leave the trash in bag in apartmants lobby ,the cleaning lady will take care for that - when you leave apartmant just lock (except main door) the terrace door with the key -when you leave apartmant please be careful and closed the windows and shelters cause during summer storm and rain can fall down on street . - do not turn On the floor heating (except during winter use) - you have HI-FI where you can put music from your Cellphone ond Computer by bluetooth - dont lock the lobby door from inside please - cause other guests can’t enter then. - be careful and dont put anything on the terrace fence wall what can fall down on the street during time when you are not in apartmant (cause of strong wind etc) Enjoy and do not hesitate to ask me anything! Split has a great geographic location, so it is easy to make one-day trips. You have different possibilities, to visit islands by ferry or just take some of the touristic boats which are organizied as daily trips. It is possible to visit national park of river Krka (near Šibenik) or you can book rafting or canoeing in river Cetina (near Omiš). If you are interested in history of Split I definitely suggest taking a touristic guide, who will show you the most interesting parts of the Diocletian palace and tell you how locals live and think. This spacious and high standard apartment guarantees the perfect vacation. From the first minute you will feel more relaxed and welcome. Bright colors, clear structures and small details will let you enjoy this timeless and mediterranean place. This is the biggest suite out of 3 and located on the 1st floor. Private entrance and large private terrace, incl a barbecue and a fridge with ice maker. 3 BR provide enough space for a party of up to 6 persons. Spacious apartments with high standard furniture and interior. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to a very nice beach (Strozanac). Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Side by side refrigerator with ice maker. 2 separate outside terraces for breakfast and sun beds. Sat TV and Wifi included. Apartments, Balcony, Breakfast Terrace, Pool, Garden, Parking My parents are usually staying on the top floor, so they can help out with any question or problem. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor.
