The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Two handcrafted shepherd huts in a very private, tranquil location on Bodmin Moor. The huts are off grid and have a low environmental impact. We're 3.5 miles away from the picturesque village of St Neot and 8 miles away from the historic market town of Liskeard. The North and South coasts are easily accessible offering some of the best surfing, swimming and cliff walks. The huts are cosy and homely with logburner and comfortable bed! Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Cowslip Cottage is a traditional 19th Century stone property at Botelet Farm. The garden is surrounded by a patchwork of meadows, with far reaching views down the valley towards Fowey and up to the iron age hill fort of Bury Down. The Tamblyn family have farmed, nurtured & styled the farm for 159 years, three generations live here today. Therapeutic massage available in our on-site treatment room.
