Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and with short cut to train station less. The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Welcome to our cosy double en-suite cabin, perfectly nestled in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The cabin is located just 12-15 minutes walk to The Pantiles & Tunbridge Wells Railway Station. Inside, you’ll find a cosy, warm and inviting space with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. The cabin is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, wide screen tv and a small outside seating area.

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
