We are centrally located to walk to Historic Five Points, King Street, or the St John’s waterfront and a short drive to San Marco & Downtown.

Large 1 bedroom Cottage with full kitchen

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

The Funk House-A Retreat

The perfect place to call home, long term stays are welcome and all stay include unlimited YMCA access during your stay. Feel free to send an inquiry if you have any questions prior to requesting to book. The Retreat is separate from the main house (The Funk House) it is located in the back, on the top floor garage apartment. It has been completely renovated and furnished into a comfortable place to "Retreat". Please inquire before requesting to book. Looking forward to your stay!l

The Captain's Quarters o|--)

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.

Charming private cottage in historic Avondale neighborhood of Jacksonville with no cleaning fees! Just 10-minutes to downtown Jacksonville's riverwalk and sports stadiums. Great amenities provided plus an in-unit washer/dryer and a cute outdoor space to call home while visiting beautiful Jacksonville!

Our small, clean, cozy, guest suite (about 220 sq ft) is located in our fenced backyard. It is detached from our house with a private entrance, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It isn't fancy, but it's a good space for spending a few days while visiting Jax. We offer keyless check-in and free parking is in our driveway. A queen Sealy Posturepedic bed provides ultimate comfort. The suite has a mini-fridge and microwave for simple meals (no full kitchen).

Avondale Studio

Located in Avondale, Jacksonvilles historic district, this Garage Studio offers everything one needs for a getaway or a business trip. Walking distance to the Shoppes of Avondale. There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.

Poolside guesthouse in a lush tropical garden yard-this studio with 1 bedroom/1 bath is in Jacksonville’s Avondale Historic District, and just steps away from the popular Shoppes of Avondale with its restaurants and quaint shops. Its perfect for business travelers, singles, or couples. The space features a super cozy queen size bed with luxury linens. There is also a mini-kitchen with microwave, toaster oven and compact refrigerator. There is no stove.
