Springfield is a short five minute drive away. Local restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all conveniently located.

The place is filled with history. Only the bedroom with its own newly renovated bathroom is being offered. Included is a small beverage refrigerator, kurig coffee maker, microwave, and a wonderful porch swing.
