Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Fully furnished with modern amenities as full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, kitchenette, table for 2, queen bed, add full mattress available for 2 additional guest, mini split, outdoor seating, campfire, trails, lake, fishing, lake beach and farm animals. 1883 is great to relax, enjoy the animals, fish, paddle board, bike ride, fire pit night and even cook a nice steak! Early morning coffee on your private deck listening as nature awake.

Bring the whole family to our place with lots of room for fun. Located in Calvert Texas, we are 30 minutes from College Station, 1 hour to Waco. Bring girlfriends, kids, hunting buddies and stay with us. We offer plenty of parking for larger vehicles and trailers. We are a farming/ranching family. We have squeaky floors and faded clean carpet. Bath is shared with your guest only. We do have “spotty country internet” enough to do work, but might not be strong enough to support 3 tv’s.

Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). If you're coming with small children we do have additional things you can request such as a travel basinet, bunk bed borders, booster chair, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Escape to the farm and immerse yourself in your very own cozy French country tiny home experience. You'll feel secure with the keypad gate to the property and on-site hosts ensuring your safety. Savor your morning coffee on the porch or unwind with a beverage by the evening campfire (burn ban pending). Whichever you choose, the stress of the day’s worries will surely fade away! Pets are welcome with pre-approval only and a $150 cleaning fee.

Nanny's Place

Everything you need to have the comfort of home when you're visiting BCS. Nestled in the country, but only four miles from Target--get the best of both worlds. Also, conveniently located near TAMU, making this a great choice for any events on campus. Apartment is situated beside a family of four, originally mother-in-law's quarters. Nanny's Place has its own entrance though, to afford privacy. 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full pull-out sofa.

Relaxed 1 bed 1 bath cottage with room to roam.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.
