Remodeled condominium in 2016 with new kitchen; bathrooms; tiled floors; appliances; revamped lighting; very quiet, split A/C in bedroom and living room; new plumbing hardware; comfortable furniture in living room; California king bed, cable TV with a 55-in HD, smart television and complete channel and streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu) line-up. Will waive the 7 night minimum stay to fill in gaps in the calendar.
Add 4% GET and 10.25% TAT (Hawaii taxes) to condo rental plus cleaning fee.

Ruang
Our condominium, Unit No. M-110, is located at the back of the Maui Kamaole complex, near two tennis courts, and the best BBQ area in the complex. Near the upper pool, but not so near that you will be bothered by the noise from the pool.

Akses tetamu
Full access to the condominium as well as to the two pools and all BBQ areas. Upon booking the unit, we will provide you with the code to the lock box on our door and the simple access instructions. No need to go by the Office Front Desk when you arrive late at night. Likewise, no need to drop the keys by the Front Desk when you are in a hurry to get to the airport.

Important note. Add 14.25 percent for GET (4%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes. We are required by state law to collect General Excise and Transient Accommodation Taxes and remit those taxes to the state of Hawaii. Our Tax ID numbers are GE or (TA)-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). We post copies of our tax license/certificate of registration in our condo, together with on-island emergency contact information. We will provide you with that contact information prior to your arrival on Maui.
We do not rent our condominium to smokers and Maui Kamaole is a non-smoking complex. If you are a smoker, you should find accommodations in another locale.

Linda and I both visited Maui for the first time in the mid-60's. Linda had just graduated from the University of Washington and Joe was on a midshipman cruise. For each of us, we loved Hawaii at first sight. We met and married 48 years ago when Joe was a graduate student. We have both just retired and spend several months per year at our favorite place on earth, Maui. We are continually upgrading our condominium to add more amenities and make our guests' visits more enjoyable. Besides the beaches on Maui, we both like to travel, especially to Europe.
