'2 Cypress Villa' is situated in a very privileged location in a beautiful Mediterranean garden with amazing panorama views of Pagastitikos Bay. It is located very close to an almost private beach, meaning that somedays you can skip driving away to explore the region but without compromising in your beach day.
The villa is laid out in two levels. The living areas, kitchen and swimming pool are located on the upper level and the bedrooms on the quieter cooler lower level. The external space features a nice sitting shaded area with external kitchen and BBQ facilities, the beautiful free shape private deep pool and the amazing balcony that overlooks with undisturbed panoramic views towards the calm waters of Pagasitikos bay. This great veranda in front of the house is perfect for your breakfast or wine drinking in the evening, submerging yourselves into the beautiful mountain range landscape and it will definitely make you feel as you can touch the sea.
This house has four bedrooms which are located on the lower floor. There are two master bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two large single beds and another bedroom with a double bed and a deck bed over it, should you need to expand the capacity of your group.
There is a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. Finally a WC on the ground floor is easily accessible when utilising the garden and the living space on the ground floor.
On the ground floor the living room has a large comfortable build in sofa for spending time in front of the fireplace or have direct access to the wonderful balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your breakfast or a 3-course dinner for eight. The BBQ is easily accessible and central to the external living area. Not to forget to mention the table tennis on the back yard, ideal for spending hours in family tournaments or just having pure fun.
The villa is ideal for two families or a group of friends that want to experience true Greek living experience, in an exclusive villa with superb location.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, a baby cot and high rise chair are available upon request as well safety gates for the stairs. There is a daily housekeeping service and a change of linean every three days with extra charge.

Reservation/Rental: Reservations are made directly with the owner of the house. The contract is considered final upon receipt of the signed copy of agreement, as well as payment of a deposit of 30% . Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If the balance is not received 4 weeks prior to your arrival, we have the right to cancel your booking.
Each reservation includes: Welcome box with supplies for for next day breakfast, herbal soaps and teas, linen & towels, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, cleaning liquids and detergents, free Wi-fi, accees to private pool, pool maintenance twice a week,

Time: Rentals are usually from 14:00pm to next 11:00am. Early check -in and late check-out are subject to availability. In the case of weekend bookings, the arrival time is usually on Friday evening and departure on Sunday afternoon. The tenant may not under any circumstances, claim a right to remain in the premises after the end of stay specified in the contract.
Deposit Warranty : The owner requests a security deposit of €150 and it is included in your final quote. At the end of the stay, the deposit will be automatically returned to the tenant 7 days after the check out, less the cost of rehabilitation, if damages are to be found and agreed between the tenant and the owner.
Capacity: The maximum capacity is indicated on the contract. If the number of tenants exceed the capacity mentioned, the owner may refuse extra guests or request an increase on the rent.
Maintenance: The house is submitted cleaned and with no problems of any kind by the owner.
Safety: The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. We do not provide personal insurance.
Housekeeping: There is daily housekeeping service. If cleaning service is required, it can be arranged upon request. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit and will be changed every 3 days. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Taxes: All taxes are included in the rental fee.

For the past 40 years we have been spending a lot of time every year in the village of Agios Georgios Nilias, enjoying the tranquility and slow pace of this region in Pelion. Throughout those years we were very happy to realise that our guests shared the same opinion and Pelion Homes was realised and became one of their annual travel destinations.
